IQ-LEAD is a strategic global initiative designed to nurture the next generation of Muslim leaders who are grounded in the Quranic worldview and guided by As-Sunnah. The programme supports holistic growth through Tilawah, Tazkiyah, and Ta’līm, while cultivating leadership that is ethically sound, intellectually strong, and socially impactful.

Programme Framework
The learning design follows a structured leadership development framework built around three core dimensions that gradually deepen responsibility, reflection, and real-world impact.
Tilawah
Deep engagement with Quranic guidance so that leadership decisions remain anchored in revelation, clarity, and divine purpose.
Tazkiyah
Purification of character, discipline, and inner strength to shape leaders with integrity, humility, and consistency.
Ta’līm
Development of knowledge, wisdom, and leadership practice through learning sessions, workshops, and guided projects.
