Summary of the program:

The Huffaz Frontiers Leadership Camp 2025 was successfully held from 30 September to 3 October 2025, bringing together 44 Huffaz undergraduates from six universities across Malaysia. Organised by the Huffaz Leadership Programme (HLP), IIUM, with the support of NAMA Foundation, MAIPs, and EPIC Sdn. Bhd., the program aimed to cultivate Quranic-based leadership, enhance communication and teamwork skills, and build a strong network of Huffaz committed to community development.

Throughout the four-day camp, participants engaged in a comprehensive lineup of activities designed to strengthen leadership competencies and spiritual grounding. The program featured impactful lectures such as Al-Ukhuwwah in Leadership: Building Bonds That Empower, Spiritual Strength in Leadership, Leading with Taqwa: The Heart of a Leader, Making Ethical Decisions in a Complex World, and Khalifah of Tomorrow: Personality of a Visionary Leader. These sessions offered profound insights into Quranic leadership, ethical decision-making, and the qualities of a visionary Huffaz leader.

Interactive learning modules enriched the participants’ experience through group discussions, collaborative tasks, and reflective exercises that helped translate concepts into practical leadership behaviour. Experiential elements such as the Explorace Leadership Challenge, Silent Night Journaling, Laylatun Noor, and heart-reflection circles further deepened their self-awareness, teamwork, and sense of purpose. Inspirational sharing sessions by industry and community figures, including Tuan Haji Ansarullah Mohd Hashim, Mr. Shah Kirit Kakulal Govindji, and Mr. Ir. Faisal Abdul Latif, reinforced values of integrity, sincerity, and service in leadership.

Participants shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, describing the camp as inspiring, transformative, and spiritually enriching. Many highlighted key takeaways, such as the importance of serving others with humility, embodying Qudwah Hasanah (leadership by example), strengthening tazkiyah al-nafs (self-purification), and applying ethical principles in daily leadership.
 Some notable comments include:

The sessions opened my eyes to the true meaning of leading with sincerity and purpose.

The activities strengthened our ukhuwwah and brought theory to life through real teamwork.

This camp renewed my commitment to embody Qur’anic values in every aspect of leadership.

Overall, the Huffaz Frontiers Leadership Camp 2025 successfully achieved its objectives, receiving excellent responses from all participating universities. The program strengthened Quranic-based leadership, promoted inter-university collaboration, and inspired a new generation of Huffaz leaders committed to impactful service.

Jazakumullahu khayran to all partners, speakers, committees, and participants for contributing to the success of this meaningful initiative.
