Summary of the programme:
The Digital Da’i Workshop was successfully held on 27 December 2025 with 40 participants in
attendance. The program aimed to develop participants’ practical skills in producing a short video that reflects Islamic values and conveys a meaningful message using basic recording and editing techniques . This initiative provided participants with the opportunity to spread positive Islamic messages through various online platforms.
The programme commenced with an introductory session that provided participants with insights into the realities and challenges faced by content creators in the digital world , as well as the importance of Digital Da’i to spread positive and beneficial Islamic messages through digital platforms. This session was followed by a discussion on the core principles of Islamic content creation that includes the importance of sincerity of intention, authenticity of information , and ethical responsibility prior to the content production .
Subsequently, the workshop continued with a theoretical sharing session on producing highquality video content, focusing on effective message delivery as well as basic strategies to increase content visibility through digital platform algorithms. The programme also included a practical demonstration on effective video filming techniques, where participants learned how different camera angles and perspectives can enhance audience engagement.
Overall, the program successfully achieved its objectives and received great responses. Jazakumullahu khayran to everyone involved in making this programme a success.
