Speaker: Prof. Dr. Nurul Fadzlin binti Hasbullah
At the beginning of the talk, Prof. Dr. Nurul Fadzlin offered a key piece of advice: always engage in actions for the sake of Allah, without seeking recognition or certification from others. This reminder serves as a foundation for sincere leadership grounded in faith. She then highlighted five key qualities that HSLP students should cultivate:

Absolute Strength of Iman: she emphasized the importance of having unwavering faith (iman) and the responsibility to continually increase acts of worship and good deeds. She also highlighted the need for good character (akhlak) to become a daily habit and the value of istiqamah (consistency) in practicing taqwa, ensuring that leaders remain spiritually grounded and morally upright.
Emotionally Connected: A good leader must possess emotional intelligence, understanding the feelings and perspectives of others. Patience, perseverance, and passion are essential traits, and she emphasized the importance of balancing reason with emotion to ensure decisions are both logical and empathetic.
Mentally Focused: Leaders must have clear life plans and continuously sharpen their intellectual abilities. She stressed the need for scientific thinking, cultural awareness, and the understanding of various thinking patterns to navigate complex situations effectively.
Physically Active: Maintaining physical health is crucial, as the body is an amanah (trust) from Allah. A balanced and healthy lifestyle enables leaders to have the energy and resilience required to fulfill their responsibilities effectively.
Life Contributions: Finally, She emphasized the importance of having a mission in life that provides meaning. Leaders must take initiative, accept responsibility, and approach challenges with a limitless mindset, allowing them to contribute positively and leave a lasting impact on society.

After She shared her wisdom, the students engaged in a Q&A session, posing several insightful questions. In conclusion, the workshop was crucial for developing essential leadership qualities, helping participants build their faith, emotional intelligence, mental focus, and physical well-being, equipping them with the skills needed to lead with confidence, integrity, and purpose.
